Petzo Home Cleaning Service Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date signed below, by and between:

- Service Description
The Customer agrees to hire Petzo Home Cleaning Services for the following services (check applicable services):
- Full Home Cleaning
- Individual Room Cleaning (specify): as mentioned on the website
- Anti-Tick Treatment
- Furniture Wet Wiping
- Sofa and Carpet Cleaning
The Customer acknowledges that all services will be performed with eco-friendly and pet-safe products. Specific instructions for each service are available upon request.
- Service Booking
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the Petzo platform.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. A late cancellation fee of Rs 300 will apply if canceled after this period.
- Pet Safety and Restrictions
To ensure the safety of both pets and cleaners, the Customer agrees to the following conditions:
- Pets must be restrained (tied, placed in a separate room, or safely kenneled) before the cleaner arrives and must remain restrained until the cleaner leaves the property.
- The Customer is responsible for informing the Service Provider of any pets on the premises prior to the cleaning.
- Any aggressive or dangerous behavior from pets must be disclosed. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe due to unrestrained pets.
The Service Provider will not be responsible for any injuries to pets that occur due to failure in following the above conditions.
- Employee Safety
The Customer acknowledges and agrees to ensure a safe working environment for the cleaners, which includes:
- Adequate lighting, ventilation, and a clutter-free environment for cleaning to be performed efficiently.
- The cleaner may refuse to clean areas that are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.
- The Customer must be present or reachable during the cleaning process to address any immediate concerns.
In the case of emergency or injury to a cleaner caused by the Customer’s pet or unsafe conditions, the Customer will be held liable for damages and/or medical expenses.
- Payment and Additional Charges
- The Customer agrees to pay for services as per the price list provided by Petzo.
- Any additional services requested during the visit will be billed separately.
- Payment should be made via the Petzo platform or on the day of the service in cash, UPI, or card (subject to available options).
- Service Limitations
- Petzo does not guarantee complete stain removal on carpets or upholstery. Customers are advised that severe or long-term stains may not be fully removed.
- Cleaning services do not include moving heavy furniture or cleaning areas that are obstructed or inaccessible.
- Liability Waiver
The Customer agrees to waive liability for any minor damages caused during cleaning unless they result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct on behalf of the cleaner.
- Pre-existing conditions (damage to furniture, floors, or fixtures) should be disclosed prior to the cleaning to avoid disputes.
Petzo and its cleaners will take necessary precautions to handle personal property with care, but accidental damages (if reported immediately) will be limited to a maximum coverage of Rs [insert amount].
- Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes related to the services provided, both parties agree to resolve the matter in good faith. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration, as per the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Hyderabad.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

By signing this Agreement, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions laid out above.
