No Refunds

At The Petzo, operated by Snifferpounce Private Limited, we strive to provide the best pet services to meet your needs. Please note that once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Services

All services provided through our platform, including but not limited to:

• Pet Grooming
• Pet Training
• Pet Walking
• Pet Hostels
• Video Consultations
• House Cleaning for Pet Owners

are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we may allow rescheduling of certain services if requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This option is available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to service provider availability. Please contact us directly for rescheduling requests.

Service Booking

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the Petzo platform.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. A late cancellation fee of Rs 300 will apply if canceled after this period.
